Namaste is an ancient Sanskrit understanding that says, "I respect the place in you that is of love, of truth and of Light. When you are in that place in you, and I am in that place in me then we are one."
"Thank you Susan for the wonderful alpaca blend fibers. The colors are beautiful. I love it, love it, love it.
I am also really happy with the new spinning wheel poly band. Who would have ever known what a great thing
existed. I was able to turn my Clemes and Clemes wheel back into a double band drive after using it
with a home-made scotch band for many years and it works better than it ever has (and it is 30 years
old). I love your blog and your web site. I am so glad to have discovered your business. I will certainly
keep ordering from you." Rebecca, located in Central Texas
"Hi Susan- Just wanted to let you know I got my shipment today of the Blueberry Patch and T&S SW/Tencel
as well as the Tropical Sea silk. Of course they are positively gorgeous and quite honestly they almost make
me think inappropriate thoughts they're so soft and beautiful. :-P Thank you for your excellent service! Emily"
"I cannot say enough good things about your colorways, your products, and the professionalism with which
you run your business." Lisa K.
"Hey thanks for the newsletter. I just wanted to tell you I picked up some yarn I ordered from you last year and
was like butter in my hand! Out of all the wool I’ve bought from everywhere, yours is by far my most favorite.
I have mounds of yarn I don’t want to use since finding yours! I got a little scared for the past few days because
couldn’t remember the name of your store and I couldn’t pull it up on my EBAY history either. I finally found it
on my PayPal history, thank goodness. I’ll never lose your card again. I’m taping it to my office wall!!! You
really do beautiful work! I wish my sister could see it-she’s a spinner, dyer and knitter who makes up her own
intarsia patterns and makes gorgeous sweaters for her girls but she isn’t online. Maybe she can use my Mom’s
computer."Leslie C
"Just a quick note of Thanks! I received two colorways of Targhee from you this week, and one is nearly
complete. The roving is delightful, by far one of the nicest I've ever spun in my 25 years at the craft. I love the
fiber itself, but you have done a superb job with the dyes! Enough color variant to make spinning
(and the knittingto come) interesting, without too many colors that would make it lose its integrity. And there is
absolutely NO HARSHNESS at all in the roving from the dyes! If I did not already have more stash than most
shops, I would be buying much more from you. When complete, I will email you a photo of the first skein.
Meanwhile, I have made you a favorite vendor, and will recommend you to my Guild friends.
Namaste!" Marty Mc
"Thank you. Spun up some of the English Garden over the weekend. I've never spun Merino before and am very
pleased with the results. I spin tighter than your sample picture, but am thrilled with how it turned out. I think
it's a great idea to have samples to compare with the fiber next to it. I probably wouldn't have tried it otherwise.
Thanks again for your assistance. A real pleasure dealing with you." B-
"Hi Susan,
Why, yes, you may quote me.....I hope it helps grow your business. Next time I need fiber, you can be sure that
will look to your web site. Sadly, you don't come across such personable communication in business too often.
My husband and I are privileged to be self-employed. We sell and service Motorola 2-way radio communication
equipment. We do our best to treat each and every customer as we would want to be treated. I feel you have
the same attitude as we do. It has been a pleasure visiting with you. All the best for the future and I will be
back in touch later on.
Take care," Cindy
"Susan, I got the order today and I have to tell you that I am very happy with my purchase. It was well worth every
penny that I spent. Now I have to decide what to make out of it after I spin it into yarn." Michele
